Horizon Signal’s SQ2 Portable Traffic Control systems can be used to increase safety in industrial facilities when foot and motorized traffic have to be controlled. Traffic in waste hauling facilities, loading docks, and fork lift areas can be controlled efficiently and economically. The system has even been used to control snow plow traffic in airports.
The SQ2 portable traffic control device includes motion sensors and pedestrian actuation controls which are important in industrial applications. In addition, the low voltage system reduces power giving it an economical advantage. The system is available with a pedestrian cross walk interface.
